Shipping

Once your order comes through, it gets packed up and is ready to go within 2 business days. (We do try where at all possible to make same day drop offs!)

From there, it’s dropped into an Australia Post Box and begins its little journey to you. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on where you are.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, just reach out via email to allymaedthis@gmail.com and I’ll get a replacement sent your way with tracking, no extra cost.

Returns

As each item is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you have any concerns about quality, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll work with you to have something in your hands in no time!
